Its just small steps or little twist in your routine is required, that’s it. Here is how!


1. Have Proper Diet And Nutrition

In order to get our body work efficient, we should be aware about our eating habits and its timing. Try to indulge food which are in rich source of fiber, vitamin and minerals.

In the morning you need energy and detoxification, so have food that contains healthy fat and carbohydrates. For detoxification have herbal teas, grapefruit, hot lemon water which are rich in antioxidants, try to avoid herbal tea containing any sort of flavors. 2. Include Physical Activities

We go through lots of stress situations due to heavy work load, causes increase in adrenalin and cortisol hormones which is a very bad sign. Because it results increase in blood pressure, cell damage, digestion problem, concentration problem, bad mood etc.

So, in order to manage it we have to include some 10-20min physical exercise, yoga, mindfulness ( meditation, breathing exercise). Technically, what happens is when we do above mentioned activities, the amount of dopamine in our brain increased which balance the bad effects of adrenalin and cortisol.

Dopamine is neurotransmitter that transfers signal between nerve cells. It gives a pleasure feeling, helps to focus, keep us motivated.


3. Get Enough And A Deep Sleep

Getting good sleep is required in order to maintain the melatonin level in the body. High melatonin level has following health effects:

  • Improves the immune system

  • Promotes the natural production of insulin in body

  • Reduce the aging effect

Have at least 7 hours of sleep and should have a fix bed time. Going to bed always at scheduled time makes easy to get into sleep easily.
