Your phone might be the reason you are not able to sleep

Updated: Oct 24, 2021

Watching phones at night is a common habit nowadays, it may be because of work, or maybe for

our entertainment. It might be giving us joy but it is showing a side-effect, according to researches, it been found out that 7 out of 10 people face issues while sleeping or it takes more time for them to fall asleep if they were watching phone previously, plus it has a really bad impact on our eyes. For this problem, there are lots of supplements available in the market, but we don’t want to switch to them and make our body dependent on them.

The blue light emitted by your cell phone screen restrains the production of melatonin, the hormone that controls your sleep-wake cycle. This makes it even more difficult to fall asleep and wake up the next day. The circadian rhythm seems to be especially sensitive to blue light since it has a short wavelength. Studies shows hat exposure to blue light can cause damage to your retinas.

So what's the solution……..

the solution is the simple hack that we could try,

Now to reduce the sleep buffer time(the duration between getting on the bed and falling to sleep),

there is a way which is been found out and has worked effectively, things you need to do here is making the bedroom a place where you just sleep, there you won’t be watching T.V, using a mobile phone, you could do all this stuff outside the bedroom at any other place.

You need to go to your bedroom when you feel sleepy after performing all sorts of thing that we have mentioned before. When these tasks were performed on a certain set of individuals(around 15), 87% of the individual saw a drastic reduction in buffer time and almost everyone had improved sleep quality,

Also, stop using any electronic device at least 30 min before going to bed.

So, we recommend you to try this activity by yourself and observe the difference or we can say the benefits.

Check out our 100% Natural Guava Green tea which helps you in improving your sleep quality. Just sip a cup of it before going to bed.
