REFUND POLICY

We hope you enjoy The Vedas products as much as we do, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact connect@thevedascare.com and one of our Customer Service representatives would be pleased to assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, or before it is sent, whichever comes first.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will only be replaced or refunded if it is determined to be damaged or unfit for consumption.

REPLACEMENTS

If the goods is unopened and unused, every order placed on our website is eligible for a replacement. The replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the reason for the request must be expressed precisely in the email (we'd love to know what went wrong in order to improvise ourselves).  

  • If you get a damaged good, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can process your replacement request quickly. For our internal quality inspections, please attach a photo of the delivered order.

  • Please tell us within 72 hours of delivery if you have received a product that is not what you ordered so that we can expedite your replacement request.

  • If any item from your purchase is missing, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery and we will send the remaining products.

  • We make every effort to ensure that you receive the freshest Teas, but if you believe this one has gone bad or is stale, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and replace it. Please let us know precisely what you didn't like, and we'll take care of it.

Note : We do not accept returns; orders are only eligible for replacement in the circumstances listed above.

REFUNDS 

All reimbursements will be handled only once internal quality assurance inspections have been completed. You must provide relevant proofs for any refund request. Once your refund request has been processed, our Customer Service team will contact you soon. 

  • Your refund will be executed within 7 business days if it has been accepted. If you have not received your refund within the time frame specified, please contact us.

  • All reimbursements will be issued solely to the original payment method.

  • If you seek a refund after 7 days of delivery or if you fail to provide relevant documentation, The Vedas will not be able to execute your request.
